• In order to process your booking and to ensure your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide (such as name, address, passport number, date of birth, any special requirements etc).
  • We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, rail operators, transport companies etc.. The information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs and immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
  • Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area, controls on data protection may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not however pass any information on to any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us, such as details of any disabilities or religious/dietary requirements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking you consent to this information being passed to the relevant persons.
  • We will hold your details, where collected by us and may use it to inform you of offers in the future.
  • When we do send you information about us or special offers, we do give you the opportunity to opt-out. If you opt out, your name will be removed from our data-base for that method of communication.
  • We are registered under the Data Protection Act in the UK. You are entitled to view the data we hold about you - We charge an administration fee of £25 to cover the costs of retrieval and transmission to you. Applications must be in writing giving the full name and address of the applicant, certifying that you are the person named and enclosing full payment. The application must be signed. Data can only be provided about the applicant, requests for data about third parties will always be rejected.
